About the Owner: Helen Griffith

I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant for twenty-four years. My experience in nursing homes, home care, private duty, critical care nursing,and LPN education will tell you about my background. My compassion for the elderly is very strong. My concern for the senior community intensifies as the years move forward. I've decided to dedicate my time as a business owner so I can take a personal interest for the care provided in the Berks and surrounding Counties. I have invented Compassionate Concern Homecare to let you know my compassion and concern are genuine, trustworthy, and different from an "agency". CCHC is a home support system with experienced CNA's who truly care.
I also deliver some of the care for my clients, myself. All parties involved need to know what kind of experienced service they will receive. When they are comfortable with my care, I introduce them to the best, qualified caregiver who will give them the same satisfied service they receive from me.
I "Hand-Pick" my CNA's and they only qualify for employment if they meet my requirements and deliver the care I expect.

I am very protective of my clients and respect all individuals. Everyone should receive the care they deserve.

Unique Company

I have developed a unique plan of care for each of my clients. Experience has given me a rewarded outcome with the knowledge of a proper non-medical careplan. Families are important. Throughout the years, I have established good relationships with them. It is important for families to know exactly who will take care of Mom, Dad, or both. It is also important that families have a part of their loved one's plan of care. I will constantly keep an update from the CNA caregivers. They will be required to keep a log on every client, complete a safety checklist and ensure comfort and security before they depart from the day, evening, or morning. All copies will be sent to the family members. If any concerns or questions shall arise, I will be happy to conform a meeting to discuss any issues.
Families will be able to show their concerns in a binder that is provided by CCHC. They have the freedom to write their loved ones social history, likes/dislikes, mood, or anything pertaining to the individual's care.
Our goal is to communicate freely and discuss any situation, good or bad. This will provide excellence in quality of care.

I will provide references for my clients, as I expect my employees to provide references. It is so important for my clients to feel secure and safe in their own home. It is our duty to put your mind at ease and assist you to be comfortable with all the care you receive.
