We also write the consumption in our special communication binder. This is very helpful to family members and anyone involved with the client's care.

Medication Reminders
We assist in organizing a medication routine for our clients.
Family members prepare the medication pre-poared in the medication set and we assist in the self administration of medication.

Compassionate Concern Home Care also keeps a log of when the medication was self administered by our clients. This is very helpful to family members so they are assured medication is administered at the correct time.

Communication
Our special binder with communication and activity logs assures the best quality of care to our clients and their loved ones.

If a concern arises, we will assist to solve any problems.
