Compassionate Concern Home Care is not a referral system.
Some agencies are referral systems and send a caregiver to your home and expect the client pay the caregiver with a referral fee charge. This means they are not the company's employees.
The referral service may not provide worker's compensation, leaving the client and caregivers responsible if an accident would happen.

This is not attractive to employees. It is also a burden for the clients.

By having the knowledge that we pay insurance: Workers Compensation, Liability and properly deduct income taxes for each employee, the burden is for us to manage. CCHC is a Home Support Assisted Living Service. We are insured and bonded. We hire our own employees. Compassionate Concern Home Care monitors caregivers, properly provides inservices and on-going training.

Our billing system is all in one. You pay the bill, we pay the Certified caregiver. CCHC also supervises their employees so the client has the peace of mind in his or her own home. You do not have the burden of researching the caregivers background and training. Our obligation is to make sure we handle all human resource and payroll responsibilities.
