Extensive interviewing, reference checks, criminal background checks, and personality testing are all necessary for employment with CCHC.
We only recruit experience, state certification and CPR with first aid. The caregivers must demonstrate a positive attitude. We trust this will bring security and happiness into the lives of our clients.
