Short Term, Temporary:
You may need short term care. For example: You were discharged from the hospital and realize you cannot handle daily functioning of personal activities at the present time.Operating your home and performing daily chores seems impossible. It may take 4-6 weeks "To get back on your feet." Our services will be able to assist you in your home. When you re-gain full strength again, the service may stop with no obligation. Our goal in short term care is to assist you with the normal activities of daily living. We want you to have the liberty and knowledge of control so your quality of life continues.

Long Term:
You may need long-term care. This may take 4, 6, or even 24 hours of care. Depending on your condition, and free general assessment, we can help determine your needs. Compassionate Concern Home Care is trained to handle skilled personal care.

Hourly:
From 2 hours up to 24 hours. (Exceptions are made to accommodate your needs.)

You may need just a couple hours a day. It may be some housekeeping, laundry, personal care, hygiene. OR just an extra hand at things to get you through the day. Our minimum hours are two and above. We will try our best to make an individualized plan just for you, to fit your schedule.
